At Ishra Handicraft, we take pride in delivering handcrafted products safely and on time. All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after confirmation.

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India.
• Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days (depending on your location).
• We currently ship only within India. For international orders, please contact our support team.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can track your package anytime using that link.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy! However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• You must share an unboxing video or photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and verified.

Non-Returnable Items

Some handmade and customized products are non-returnable due to their unique nature. Please check product details before placing your order.
